Gabi Scherer
After completing my studies, I worked as a German teacher at a public vocational school in Italy for one year before I decided to establish my own school for in-company foreign-language and communication training in 1997.
My strength as a German trainer is the effective lesson design in accordance with my participants’ needs and interests aimed at achieving the desired learning objectives successfully and in a timely fashion.
I attend international trainer conferences and professional development courses on a regular basis, which keep me perfectly up to date with state-of-the-art didactic teaching methods and guarantee a refreshing teaching style that my participants appreciate very much and which fires them up about the German language.
At present, I am teaching employees from Supply Chain and Technical Supervision at Pfeifer & Langen as well as various scientific institute directors from the Jülich Centre of Research who, with the help of my German training, have learnt how to express their opinions in talks and meetings in a more precise and skilful manner, and how to explain their ideas more professionally during presentations.

Dr. Daniela Werthwein
A combination of authentic multicultural and multilingual communicative interaction and networking in business, on trips as well as in public and private situations forms an integrative part of my everyday business and private life.
At a very early stage in my childhood I already got confronted with and learned to live and value multicultural and multilingual interaction through both my Norwegian-Filipino-Canadian relatives and my mother as a professional English teacher.
Since then I have been living multilingual and multicultural diversity day by day, surrounded by my German-Spanish family and my multicultural circle of friends, acquaintances and clients, with whom I naturally speak German, English and Spanish every day.
With this personal background in mind I decided to study English and Spanish philology, pedagogy, and German as a Foreign Language to become a teacher first, but then continued with an interdisciplinary PhD in communication sciences – frequently accompanied by practical experiences through trips and internships abroad.
Based on this specialist knowledge in combination with both my multilingual competences and multicultural experiences I have always been personally interested in developing individually tailored multi- effective/-lingual/-cultural communicative concepts for potential clients, considering their specific needs.
As I could only offer these best quality, sustainable and innovative concepts in form of a professional self-employment, I founded my company LANG-CO! Coaching, Communication, Consulting in 2010 after 4 years of coaching experience in different business areas.
Since then I have been successfully specializing in multi-effective executive coaching in businesses and technical language trainings at universities.
With many businesses facing an increasing internationalization through growing global business activities and networking, it has become a special concern of mine to effectively accompany and consult my clients throughout their individual process of internationalization and/or integration in Germany, offering my multilingual competences, experiences and specialized know-how to successfully integrate themselves into their new daily business life in Germany – as authentic, smoothly, conceptually tailored and hands-on as possible.
In order to achieve the best possible multi-effect for you personally, it is inevitable to exclusively use the German (foreign) language throughout the entire communicative interaction, including preparation and completion of any daily projects, tasks or events.
From 2012 until 2016, for example, I offered language trainings in German as a foreign language to international employees of the European Aviation and Safety Agency (EASA) in Cologne, supporting them in fulfilling the requirements for their internal promotion:
„Zu meiner lieblings Deutschlehrerin, hiermit möchte ich mir bei Ihnen bedanken, mit mir während fast 5 Jahre so geduldig gewesen zu sein. Heute weiss ich nicht nur das Wunder möglich sind, sondern dass Sie können es tun.“ (Employee at EASA, Language level German A1.2);
DE B1.2 WE-FR 8:30 – 9:30 Daniela Werthwein (anonymous evaluation):
“How do you evaluate the trainer’s performance in terms of explanations and examples, dynamics, interaction with the group?“

“How did you feel about the composition of the group and the group climate?“
